Pacific Sterling Properties · Los Angeles, CA
Hi! I’m Nancy Domino, the head Broker of a Los Angeles & Orange County based family real estate brokerage with over 40 years of combined experience. We understand you’re comparing agents on commission—but the real question is: who will net you the most money, not just charge the least? We run a lean, family-operated brokerage, which allows us to stay competitive on commission without cutting corners on service or results. You’re not paying for a large team, office overhead, or layers of management—you’re getting direct, hands-on representation from two experienced agents focused on maximizing your outcome. Here’s how we compete (and win) at a lower commission: -Strategic pricing + positioning to drive multiple offers -High-impact marketing that creates urgency and competition -Strong negotiation to push price and terms in your favor -Constant communication so nothing slips through the cracks Many sellers choose the lowest fee and leave money on the table. Our goal is different: maximize your net, protect your equity, and still save you thousands in commission. If you’re looking for a team that will outperform higher-priced agents while charging less, we’d love the opportunity to earn your business.
