Jason Franklin exemplifies integrity and diligence. Native to Los Angeles, Jason grew up in West Hills, CA. A product of El Camino High School, Jason attended Pierce College where he obtained a Music Major and went on to graduate from The Musicians Institute while working as a Music Manager. Jason's career in the music industry spanned across ten years in all aspects from Promoter, Management , Licensing, and Eventually Artists and Repertoire for Atlantic Records. Jason's entrepreneurial background serves him well in Real Estate. Welcoming challenging transactions, Jason's skill set of Strategy, Mindfulness and Problem Solving are all aspects that come into play during such a transaction. He will easily adapt to the needs of his clients, working tirelessly to provide enthusiastic and professional service. Jason also works with investors of all kinds. Over the years, Jason has amassed a rolodex of clients who he has helped acquire properties for flipping and long term holds. Jason advises these clients on the best investment strategy for their individual needs and guides them through the process from beginning to end. Over the years Jason has helped his clients build residential real estate portfolios in excess of 20 million. His philosophy is simple: go above and beyond to help my clients reach their goals so they are excited to refer me to their friends and family. In his free time Jason enjoys watch trading, golfing and remodeling houses.
