At the age of 4, David Pressberg was walking around job sites with a hard hat on. A third generation Angeleno with roots in the world of real estate investment, brokerage, and management, David’s passion for developing, procuring, and investing in properties came inherently. David was tapped as the head of the division at Century Park Realty, where he oversaw all day-to-day operations. After engineering a merger between Century Park Realty Commercial and Kennedy Wilson’s Property Services Department in 2016, David was named Vice President. At Kennedy Wilson, David transacted over $250,000,000 of real estate sales and numerous high profile lease transactions in the city. In 2021, David left his post at KW to form Pressberg Properties, an independent, full-service real estate firm catering to the Greater Los Angeles area. David is actively involved at numerous charitable organizations, including the United Jewish Federation. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three young children.
