With storied experience in lending and economics, Christopher Chavez helps clients navigate their real estate goals. While working for a loan brokerage specializing in commercial, investment, and business loans, he closed $13 million in loans one year, following it up with $24 million in loans the next. In Dallas, he oversaw the wholesale of over 15 properties, further building his in-the-field expertise. His studies imbued him with a savvy for micro and macroeconomics that he consistently consults to give his clients a competitive edge. Rounded out by his impressive familiarity with the Greater Los Angeles area, Christopher pivots to the ever-changing housing market with carefully crafted strategy and proactive determination. Growing up in Bell Gardens, Christopher built a keen familiarity with Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of Providence with a BS in Business Administration before continuing to obtain his MS in International Business and Management from IPAG Business School in Nice, France. Having effectively helped so many businesses and investors, Christopher secured his real estate license so he could help family and friends with their goals as well. Since 2021, he’s called Long Beach home. Prioritizing an active lifestyle, Christopher can often be found enjoying beach runs with his giant schnauzer Onyx. He played soccer in college, but these days divides his time between the gym and the tennis court. He’s also an avid traveler, having visited 20 countries and counting.
