I provide a complimentary pricing analysis and estimated seller net sheet so you can see what your home may realistically sell for and, more importantly, what you could walk away with. From there, we’ll talk through your options. That may mean selling completely as-is, making a few strategic improvements, or preparing the home for the market. My job is to help you determine which approach makes sense, and which can put the most money in your pocket. If you choose to sell, I handle much more than putting a sign in the yard. I become your resource throughout the entire process, from preparation and pricing to marketing, negotiations, inspections, appraisal and closing. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. It really was incredible to grow up in such a beautiful and diverse place, and I am now honored to call Florida home. As a child of immigrants, my parents came to St. Croix with nothing but the clothes on their back, a dream, and integrity. I really had a great example of hard work and humility. With time, they built a successful textile and furniture business. Cornerstone to its success was community service and giving back. I am grateful for the many blessings of this country on my family, and I am a very proud American. I am also the proud wife of a U.S. Air Force veteran and mechanical engineer, Moe. I am fortunate to have traveled the world: Austria, Egypt, Jordan, Mexico, and Hungary just to name a few places. I hold a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Law from the American University in Cairo. Living and studying in Egypt was an incredible experience that opened up my eyes to the beauty and diversity of the world. I also hold a Masters in Public Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. Prior to my shift to real estate, I was a government employee serving the Virgin Islands Legislature and then the Department of Health. I helped draft several pieces of local legislation targeted towards improving healthcare services and was part of the team responsible for recovery efforts in the islands after hurricanes Irma and Maria. I worked my way up from a committee coordinator to the Chief of Staff of the Health Commissioner in a few short years. My experience in logistics, research and public relations I think have really paved the path for my success in real estate. However, without the trust of folks like yourself, I never would have found myself in the Top 500 realtors in Central Florida and Top 35 Under 35 realtors in 2025. I understand selling or buying a property is one of the biggest decisions a family or person can make, and so I handle all transactions as though they belong to my family.
